OUTLINE
There are four modules per week, sent to you by email in the first four days after you join up. Your time commitment will be about half an hour a day, or a tad more if you get into the exercises with gusto! Then there’s a three-day revision or catch-up period. A week after you first joined up, the next module opens and your daily emails recommence. You can see this in graphic format on this page.
Throughout the course we’ll email you message ‘cards’, with subject matter appropriate to the material we’re currently looking at. Some weeks there are cards emailed to you seven days of the week. Others vary from one day to four days with cards.
On each pop-up (click the aqua-coloured Module info buttons below) you'll find a card to show you an example. If the message 'rings a bell' for you, feel free to copy it for your phone or print it out for your bench or mirror.
